Her previous employers were CBS Sports, Fox Sports. As a Pennsylvania born, Kolber received her graduate education from the University of Miami. Her professional journey began as the Video Coordinator at CBS Sports, New York City. In her time at WTVJ-TV Miami the station won the Sports Emmy. In addition, she worked at WPLG-TV Miami as well as WPEC-TV West Palm Beach in Florida. The station was selected as anchor on ESPN2 in 1993 after the channel first came on air. After three years, she left ESPN2 and joined Fox Sports. In 1999, she was re-admitted to ESPN and is currently the host of 'Monday night Countdown'.
